Giganetworks provides your oganizaiton with 7x24 managed services and testing services. Via the GigaNetworks Network Operations Center (NOC) located in Miami, FL and backup NOC located in Warwick, NY, and with on-site and remote management, your sleeping hours can be undisturbed by the little things. These services, listed on the left, are supported by GigaNetworks personnel and escallated to you only in extreme emergency. GigaNetworks handles the support and operation of product owned by your organization and works directly with the vendors of the product if support of the product is required.
